Andrea Accica began her career in the insurance industry in 2007, working at a third party administrator and insurance company. She joined the Goodman Venegas team in 2013 after working several years on self-funded and fully-insured accounts. As the Director of Employee benefits, Andrea handles various accounts ranging from small groups to large, national accounts. She provides communication, consultation, outreach and resources to both individuals and groups. She is also responsible for new client implementation, client retention, and compliance delivery.

She is a graduate of Northwood University with a triple major in advertising, marketing, and management and a minor in international business. Andrea also holds a Masters of Business Administration from Oakland University. Andrea is a licensed life and health insurance agent, as well as property and casualty.

In her free time, Andrea enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and her new puppy!
