Jessica Deliz began her career in the automotive industry in 2014 working as an HR Assistant to the HR Generalist for Tenibac Graphion Inc. She was hired to work with the employees with a focus on new training and development projects, benefits, health/safety and employee relations. Jessica helped manage over 100+ employees where her role grew into the HR Coordinator position when Tenibac Graphion was sold to Standex International Corporation. She then took on the role as the lead point of contact for twelve engraving locations in North America focusing on new hire orientation, terminations, benefits, pay roll and recruitment. She is a graduate from Oakland University majoring in Human Resources Development, minoring in Training and Development. Jessica has joined Goodman Venegas in February 2021 as our new Employee Benefits Account Manager where she will be the service coordinator for clients and prospects while also helping to support our Employee Benefits Sales Producers.
