Joy joined the GV team in 2013 after many years of commercial insurance experience with various agencies. As a commercial lines and personal lines account manager at GV, Joy provides account management services to an array of commercial and personal lines customers.

Joy obtained her Business Administration degree from Walsh College, she is a licensed property and casualty producer, and has obtained her Certified Insurance Counselor designation.

Joy is a native Detroiter, currently residing in the Sterling Heights area, who enjoys traveling, hiking, biking, and golfing.
